Our Services
Sessions are intentionally small, accommodating up to six guests at a time. The environment allows for a deeply personal and renewing experience. Guests may visit solo, in pairs or small groups. If your party would like to book all six spots, each guest will need to make a reservation to ensure safety requirements.

Finnish Sauna
Our 185-190º F barrel sauna is made from clear pacific cedar with a beautiful golden hue, lovely aroma and softness. It accommodates six guests at a time. Your experience may be enhanced with eucalyptus aromatherapy. As the steam carries the essential oil through the air, each breath invites calm and renewal.

Cold Plunge
With a comfortable depth, our 35-48º F cold plunge offers ample space for relaxation and its ergonomic shape enhances comfort during use.

Our lounge offers complimentary wellness teas and purified water. We also have a curated selection of magazines from Periodicals shop.
2 hr Private Session just for Your Crew
Are you interested in reserving our club? We’d be delighted to host your party, up to six people, for a 2 hour session at a flat rate of $360. When you book this option, your party will have exclusive access to our space. Send us a message and we’ll share the details.
